Terms of Service

By accessing or using BloodEater Ideas, NightSpawn, or any other service operated by BloodEater Games LLP ("BloodEater Games," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or participate in BloodEater Ideas. By using the services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at BloodEater Games Support if you suspect any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines.

BloodEater Ideas lets you submit ideas, feedback, votes, comments, and other content ("Submissions"). By posting a Submission, you grant BloodEater Games a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and incorporate the Submission into our games and services without any obligation of compensation, credit, or notice.

You confirm that your Submission is original, does not infringe any third-party rights, and does not contain confidential information you are not authorized to share.

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service
• Manipulate votes, brigade, or use automated tools to interact with BloodEater Ideas
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the service to distribute malware or unsolicited advertising

NightSpawn, BloodEater Ideas, BloodEater Games, and all related characters, names, logos, and indicia are trademarks of BloodEater Games LLP. Except for the rights expressly granted in these terms, no rights are transferred to you.

BloodEater Ideas supports sign-in via Google, Discord, and Steam. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party providers or any issues that arise from them.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any Submission will be implemented in a game.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloodEater Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to BloodEater Games LLP, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that location.
